End User License Agreement

Thank you for choosing Land!. This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Weightless Realm Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Land! is a location-based event discovery and social networking platform. Users can:
Discover upcoming events from external sources (e.g., Ticketmaster),
Create and share their own private events (only accepted friends can see on their map),
Interact with friends, receive event notifications, and share user-generated content (UGC) such as text, images, or location information.
Objectionable Content Filtering: We employ both automated and human moderation to limit the posting of objectionable material (e.g., explicit, hateful, or illegal content).
Prohibited Content: You shall not upload or share any content that:
Violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party;
Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or encourages violence;
Is primarily pornographic or designed to degrade or objectify others;
Encourages the use or sale of illegal drugs or any controlled substances;
Depicts or promotes excessive consumption of alcohol or tobacco, especially to minors;
Violates any applicable law or regulation.
Flagging Mechanism: Users can report abusive or objectionable content within the App. Our moderators will review flagged content within 24 hours and take appropriate action (removal of content, suspension or banning of the offending user).
Blocking Feature: Users may block other users who engage in harassing, bullying, or other abusive behavior.
Creator Content: Any creator-generated submissions (e.g., audio, video, text, casual games, etc.) must comply with these UGC standards. The App reserves the right to remove or disable content that violates any guidelines.
Timely Response: We are committed to addressing reports of objectionable content and violations in a timely fashion, typically within 24 hours of notification.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, submit, or share.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
You agree to cooperate with our moderation activities and investigations into complaints or alleged violations.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App in accordance with this EULA. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App is not primarily designed for children under the age of 13.
Parental Responsibility: If you permit a minor to use the App, you acknowledge that the minor may be exposed to user-generated content from other users.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable children’s privacy laws. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at yyu@weightlessrealm.com so we can delete it.
If, in the future, we offer a kids-specific version of the App (e.g., a Kids Category version), we will implement age-appropriate parental gates and additional privacy protections in compliance with App Store Guidelines and relevant privacy laws.
No Medical Advice: The App is not intended to provide medical or health-related advice or data of any kind. Always consult a doctor before making any health decisions.
Encouraging Safe Behavior: We prohibit content that encourages violence, self-harm, dangerous stunts (e.g., excessive speed, drunk driving), or other reckless behavior.
Prohibited Behaviors: Any user or content encouraging the use of controlled substances by minors or the promotion of illegal or abusive conduct will be removed.

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (accessible via https://www.weightlessrealm.com/land/privacy) describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect user information and prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, or access.
By using the App, you consent to these practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA.
The App, including its software code, design, and trademarks, is owned by Weightless Realm Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any violation of this EULA, including posting objectionable or illegal content.
You may discontinue use of the App at any time.
The App and its content are provided “AS IS” without any guarantees. We make no warranties that the App will be free from errors, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Weightless Realm Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or data loss.
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will post the revised terms on our website https://www.weightlessrealm.com/land/eula and may also notify you via in-app prompts. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Delaware..
If any provision of this EULA is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, represents the entire agreement between you and Weightless Realm Inc. regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements.
By installing or using Land!, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this EULA.
